Listers

Setting a price for your listing is quick and easy. Select a pick-up price from free up to $100 when you create your listing.

If your listing has been posted for 24 hours, and your junk has not been picked up you may need to adjust the price of your listing. You can update unclaimed listings anytime in the Junkr app.

Junkr offers on-demand contactless junk removal, you do not need to be at home when the driver arrives. Just make sure items for pick-up are left in a visible location that matches the photo in the listing.

You can choose to tip drivers in the Junkr app when you confirm the job as completed and submit your payment.

Drivers will dispose of Junk at the appropriate disposal facility, in some cases, this may be a landfill, however, when possible we encourage recycling for items such as plastics and metals. Junk may also be reused or repurposed.

If you no longer require junk removal, you can cancel an unclaimed listing anytime. If you cancel a listing that has been claimed you will be charged 40% of the list price.

Junkr is coming soon! Join our waitlist and be the first to know when the app is available. We will be launching in Calgary first, however if you are in other areas you will still be able to list junk, but the pick-up time might be longer as we will need to find a driver in your area.

Drivers

Once you set up your Junkr account, you can apply to become a driver. All you need to do is enter your vehicle information including the make, model, and license plate number.

When you create your Junkr account you will be required to add payment information. This will allow you to make payments as a lister and get paid as a driver in-app.

You can send a message directly to the lister through the Junkr app if you have any questions about the location of the pick-up.

If a confirmed pick-up is cancelled by the lister you will receive payment for 20% of the original list price.
